Enamelled Aluminum Wire performance

Electrical properties include conductor resistance, breakdown voltage, insulation continuity, brine pinholes, dielectric loss factor, high frequency pulse voltage.

The resistance is 20 ? when the 1m long winding wire DC resistance;

In general, the film thickness of each reduction of 0.001mm, the breakdown voltage is reduced by 100-150V.

The continuity of the paint film is indicated by the number of pinholes detected by the electrical test circuit in the unit length winding line.

Package of  insulated wire: 
Inner packing: Different plastic or wooden spools according to wire sizes. 
Outer packing: Carton or as customer required 

Our products will be made the most inner plastic packaging.Then the product will be packed in cartons and wooden cases as double protection in order to protect the Enameled Wire from wear and tear during transport.
